Executive Summary During my first three years as Carson City Clerk-Recorder, I focused on secure elections, strong property protections, modernized services, and responsive customer service . Drawing on over 30 years of private-sector experience in the title insurance industry, I worked to strengthen public trust, protect residents’ property rights, preserve Carson City’s historic records, and ensure elections are conducted accurately, transparently, and professionally.   Sin

I’m excited to announce that I’m running for re-election as Carson City Clerk-Recorder . “My job here is not done.”   Over the past three years, it’s been an honor to serve our community by protecting election integrity, safeguarding property rights, preserving public records, and improving customer service for Carson City residents. Together, we’ve strengthened transparency, modernized services, and built trust in some of the most important functions of local government.
